VIA LINK connects people and organizations with information and resources to enable them to help themselves and others. VIA LINK fulfills this mission through services, referrals, and crisis intervention. COPE LINE is a 24 hour, telephone crisis intervention service {504-269-2673}. VIA LINK's 24 hour compresehensive Community Resource Information and Referral Service may assist with basic needs such as food, shelter, medical service assistance and temporary financial assistance - phone 2-1-1 (a partnership of the United Way and VIA LINK).
